These terms are an agreement between you and Feyn ("we") for using feyn.bio. By creating an account or using the service you accept them and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You must be 13 or older and give accurate information.
- You are responsible for your password and for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account any time: Account menu → Account settings → Delete account.
2. Your content
What you put on your pages is yours. You let us store, copy, resize images and show it publicly, as far as needed to run the service. You are responsible for it being lawful and yours to use.
3. What you can't do
- Content or services that are illegal under Thai or applicable law
- Fraud, phishing, or impersonating a person or organisation
- Spreading malware or harmful links
- Infringing copyright, trademarks or others' privacy
- Spam, or trying to disrupt, break into or overload the service
- Hateful or harassing content, or anything that exploits children
In particular, you may not use Feyn to:
- Promote gambling or betting (online gambling is illegal in Thailand)
- Run scams, phishing or investment fraud
- Share adult or sexual content
- Offer illegal drugs
- Offer weapons
We may unpublish a page or suspend an account that breaks these rules, with or without notice.
4. Page names
Page names (feyn.bio/name) are first come, first served. We may reclaim a name that infringes a trademark, impersonates someone, or is held without being used.
5. Free trial and payment
- Feyn is free during the trial. We don't charge anything today.
- The free trial has limits: up to 3 pages per team and 50 blocks per page.
- Paid plans may come later. We will tell you before we charge anything.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove content or accounts that break these terms, and tell you when we can. You can stop any time by deleting your account.
7. Liability
The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but can't promise it will be free of errors or interruptions. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
8. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we tell you in advance by email or in the app. Using the service afterwards means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
