Feyn ("we") provides the link-in-bio page builder at feyn.bio. This policy explains what personal data we collect, what we use it for, who we share it with, and your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
- Account: your name, email and password (stored as a one-way hash we can't read). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email and profile picture from Google.
- Page content: what you put on your pages: text, links, uploaded images, themes and the page's version history.
- Payments: handled by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers; we keep your customer id, plan and subscription status.
- Sign-in data: the IP address and browser of each session, to keep your account secure.
- Visitors to pages: when someone reacts on a page we keep their IP so each person counts once; when analytics is on, we keep view counts and visitors' countries.
- Form responses: the page owner controls what visitors submit through their forms; we store it and show it to them.
- Feedback you send: your message, the address of the page you were on (if you include it), browser info, screen size, language, app version and a screenshot if you attach one.
2. How we use it
- To provide the service: build, edit and show your pages (basis: contract).
- To send necessary email: verification, password reset, team invitations, plan notices (basis: contract).
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix errors (basis: legitimate interest).
- To improve the service from aggregate usage (basis: legitimate interest).
- To read and act on feedback you send, and to email you when it ships if you ask us to (basis: legitimate interest; consent for screenshots and that email).
- To keep accounting and tax records the law requires.
We don't sell personal data or use it for advertising.
3. Who processes it for us
- Vercel: website hosting
- Render: API servers and database (Singapore)
- Cloudflare R2: uploaded images
- Stripe: payments
- Resend: email delivery
- Google: Sign in with Google, when you choose it
- PostHog, Sentry and Tinybird: product analytics, error reports and visitor analytics, when switched on
- Vercel Web Analytics, Ahrefs Web Analytics and aside.so: visitor analytics for the feyn.bio website
Some of them store data outside Thailand; we use providers with adequate safeguards as the PDPA requires.
4. Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: a session cookie to keep you signed in and one that remembers your language. We use no advertising cookies. Page owners may add their own Meta Pixel to their page; that is their responsibility.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as you have an account. When you delete your account we remove your pages, content, version history, form responses, uploaded images and contact details, except records the law requires us to keep, such as payment records. Database backups are overwritten on their normal cycle.
Feedback you send is kept for up to 24 months, and screenshots for up to 90 days after we finish with the item. All of it is deleted with your account.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can:
- access your data and get a copy
- correct inaccurate data
- delete it: Account menu → Account settings → Delete account
- object to, or restrict, its use
- port it to another service
- withdraw consent you gave
- complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee
Email support@feyn.bio; we reply within 30 days.
7. Security
Data travels over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, access is limited and data is backed up. If a breach puts you at risk, we notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
8. Minors
Feyn is for people aged 13 and over. Minors should have a parent or guardian's consent.
9. Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
